Target compound analysis of a TD-GC/TOF MS chromatogram of an atmospheric air sample

The screenshot above is of the report screen of TargetView. Each red histogram line denotes a target compound identified from a pre-determined library. Treatment of a complex chromatogram in this way drastically reduces the analysis time while maintaining confidence in the integrity of the data.
